Pray Without Ceasing
1 Thessalonians 5:17 – Tells us to Pray Without Ceasing
The Question is HOW?
Prayer – Prayer is communication between God and Man. One of the aspects of the word is to set in motion and to maintain the momentum. With the daily demand on our busy lives, sometimes we are fortunate to kneel in prayer even a few minutes each day. We are told to rejoice and give thanks. We do this through prayer. The answer to this question is simple. Keep prayer as a constant discipline in your life. Prayer can be accomplished in many ways.
During your waking moments, talk to God in small doses; while driving, changing the baby, washing dishes or some other chores. We should be open to the leading of the Spirit when He urges us to pray. Smith Wigglesworth was a 20th century evangelist from England and was mightily used by God in signs and wonders such as miraculous healings, raising people from the dead and multitudes were saved under his ministry. Smith Wigglesworth said he never prayed an hour, but there was never an hour he did not pray. No wonder God did mighty things through him. Praying in other tongues is a great way to pray without ceasing.
Remember, if God said to do it, there is power in the Word to get the job done. God is bound by his word and He has promised to answer us. Be encouraged – your answer is one prayer away.
What happens when we pray?

2. God answers our prayer
